When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During the baseball season or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Clearance items and custom jerseys are final sale.
How do I determine my hat size?
We carry both adjustable and fitted New Era caps. For fitted hats, please refer to our size chart which converts head circumference in inches to standard baseball cap sizing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order at Frontier Field?
Yes, we offer a 'Local Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to collect your items at the Red Wings Team Store.
Are the jerseys the same as what the players wear?
We offer both 'Authentic' jerseys, which match the specifications of on-field player uniforms, and 'Replica' jerseys, which offer a similar look at a more accessible price point.
